Open Enrollment for 2016 Benefit Plans Begins October 26

Employees of the general agencies have new choices for medical coverage in 2016.

There are a variety of plans to meet everyone’s needs.

 Options include:

• A traditional copay plan for those who prefer something more familiar
• A Consumer Driven Health Plan with an affordable deductible
• Or a High Deductible Health Plan with the option of a Health Savings Account (HSA)

 All plans are designed to allow employees to take ownership of their healthcare.  The decision is yours.
