Human Resources Department
The GCFA HR department provides day-to-day functions for GCFA that include talent recruitment, hiring, and organizational development. A Wellness Coordinator, working for several agencies, organizes and directs programs and activities to achieve the goal of the best mental and physical health for all employees in the plan.
