The Human Resources Department provides day-to-day functions including recruitment and hiring, terminations, training and general information. Oversees communication, policy recommendations, organizational development, and the Employee assistance program. A Wellness Coordinator organizes and directs programs and activities to achieve the goal of the best mental and physical health possible. For GCFA and 4 affiliated groups, the GCFA HR team provides full support. For other agencies that they work with, they provide as-needed support and knowledge.
