For many United Methodists, the sites and sounds of General Conference are images of and reports from fellow church members who are elected as General Conference delegates and who rearrange their lives for two weeks to do the business of the Church.

Part of their discussion in Ft. Worth this spring will be the proposed 2009-2012 budget for the Church.
