The General Board of Higher Education and Ministry (GBHEM), in partnership with GCFA, is excited to unveil the newest in candidate tracking systems. 

Come and see the latest web application that’s revolutionizing the way annual conferences and GBHEM tracks candidates: UMCARESplus.

The old days of entering people in multiple systems, shuffling paperwork, and scrounging for storage space are gone.  In addition, we know many of you need secure database systems that can house confidential information with file system management options.

This training is intended for annual conference staff that work directly with candidates and boards of ministries.  Please help us spread the word to your staffs on this event.  We welcome all those interested to join us here in Nashville to learn more about how this system can help in their ministry of administration. The event details are as follows:

  • Date: Tuesday, April 12 – Wednesday, April 13
  • Time: 9:00 am to 4:00pm (both days) 
  • Location: GCFA Ministry Center (GCFA offices), Nashville, TN
  • Lunch and dinner provided to all attendees.

UMCARESplus provides a better way for you to keep track of what’s important in your conference using custom built tracks, forms, and file management while eliminating the need for dual information entry in multiple systems.

During the presentation, attendees will learn how to navigate and build content inUMCARESplus in addition to contributing to a conversation about any needed changes or updates before the system goes live. This is the next generation of software developed to replace the Pathways to Ministry system, which will sunset in the near future.
