United Methodist Insurance (UMI) is pleased to announce the release of the “Safety and Insurance Handbook for Churches” eBook. This new resource is available free of charge to all United Methodist Churches. The eBook covers a wide variety of topics including Property, General Liability, Directors’ and Officers’ Liability/Employment Practices Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability, Commercial Crime, and many others. This resource will help in making more informed decisions when going through the process of purchasing insurance and it provides guidance in protecting church assets by having adequate insurance.
