Comprehensive Travel and Meeting Planning Services
The Travel and Meeting Planning Department delivers comprehensive meeting planning services. The team provides full-range services from pre-event RFP, site/venue location, and travel arrangements; to event support including development of registration websites, an award-winning mobile event app, to post-event billing and invoicing.
Our services are available to annual conferences, general agencies, and affiliated organizations of the UMC. We are a multilingual staff that can help you take care of all the details of an international conference or a regional meeting in the United States.
