HUMAN RESOURCES COMPENSATION STUDY
The purpose of a Compensation Study is to assist Annual Conferences in ensuring equity and assurances around marketable compensation, based on but not limited to geographical location. Our staff will work to put all current jobs into a classification scale, complete with corresponding pay grades. Once this is completed, GCFA staff will also train conference personnel on how to classify any new jobs based on the work done in the Compensation Study.
An added feature, and arguably one that is most vital, is GCFA’s leadership communication piece. GCFA will guide senior leadership in how to best communicate not only any changes required by the Compensation Study but will help train leadership on how to discuss this necessary and important work beforehand to employees.
