The Human Resources Department provides day-to-day functions including recruitment and hiring, terminations, training and general information. Human resources oversees communication, policy recommendations, organizational development, and the employee assistance program.  A Wellness Coordinator organizes and directs programs and activities to achieve the goal of the best mental and physical health possible.  For GCFA and four affiliated groups,  the GCFA HR team provides full support.  For other agencies that they work with, they provide as-needed support and knowledge.
